Return, Exchange and Booking Policies

Return and Exchange Policy

At Nature Radiance Company, we strive to provide high-quality body oils that you will love. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

No Returns – Exchange Only
We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your body oil, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and complete our Return/Exchange Form, which will be provided upon request.

Exchanges for Damaged Products:
If your body oil arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for an exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by filling out our Return/Exchange Form. Once we receive the completed form, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship your replacement at no additional cost.

Conditions for Exchange:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged products.

 

Booking Policy

Please note: this is an online store and all treatments are performed in a beauty room inside a prestigious salon in West Thurrock, Essex, RM20 3FH. Full details will be sent with your booking confirmation

*Payment made for treatments will not be refunded

*Clients can reschedule treatment time and date, this will be due to availability 

*Treatment cancelation and rescheduling must be made 48hrs before booked date

*Clients must arrive 10mins before treatment time
