Return, Exchange and Booking Policies

Return and Exchange Policy

At Nature Radiance Company, we strive to provide high-quality body oils that you will love. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

No Returns – Exchange Only
We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your body oil, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and complete our Return/Exchange Form, which will be provided upon request.

Exchanges for Damaged Products:
If your body oil arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for an exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by filling out our Return/Exchange Form. Once we receive the completed form, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship your replacement at no additional cost.

Conditions for Exchange:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged products.

 

Sip and Make Event Policy

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🔹 1. Ticket Sales

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website or authorized partners.

  • Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.

  • Each ticket admits one participant unless stated otherwise.

🔹 2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

  • If the event is canceled by Nature Radiance Company (due to weather, venue issues, or other circumstances), you will receive:

    • A full refund or

    • The option to attend a rescheduled event (if available).

🔹 3. Ticket Transfers

  • You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 24 hours before the event.

  • Email us at info@natureradianceco.com with the new participant’s name and contact information.

🔹 4. Arrival & Attendance

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled.

  • Participants arriving late may not be able to fully participate.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

🔹 5. Age Restrictions

  • Participants must be 18 years or older for adult sections

🔹 6. Health & Safety

  • All materials and tools are provided and sanitized before each session.

  • Safety instructions must be followed at all times.

  • We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of tools or materials.

🔹 7. Allergies & Sensitivities

  • Our candles may include fragrances, essential oils, or waxes that could trigger allergies.

  • Contact us in advance if you have specific concerns. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

🔹 8. Photography & Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.

  • If you prefer not to be included, please notify a staff member when you arrive.

🔹 9. Code of Conduct

  • We strive to create a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all guests.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
